    鹰嘴豆可以促进血糖调节和代谢,有效预防和减缓糖尿病并发症。用鹰嘴豆粉来制作面包,搭配甜枣、小茴香、辣椒粉、黑胡椒等等材料,充满异国风味呢!

    Step 1

    取一大碗,将面粉和所有香料,盐和糖混合均匀,后加入洋葱、香菜和辣椒。搅拌器装上面团钩,以低速搅拌均匀,慢慢加入油和水,直到面团成型,此时面团应柔软而不粘手。用湿布覆盖休面30分钟。Combine flours with all spices, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add onion, coriander and chili. Fit dough hook and mix on low speed to combine well. Add oil and water gradually till the dough comes together. Dough should soft and non-sticky. Rest for 30 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.

    Step 2

    将面团分成8-10份。Divide dough and dates into 8-10 portions.

    Step 3

    桌上撒上普通面粉,将每个面团卷成12-13公分的圆圈。将一份枣分放在圆圈的一半上,另一半刷上油,对折成两半,再油刷一次,再折成四分之一。用手指压紧面团边缘。On a board dusted with some plain flour, roll out each dough portion into a 12-13 cm circle. Place one portion of dates on half side of the dough. Brush the other half with some oil, fold over into half, brush again with oil and fold into quarters. Seal edges by pressing dough with fingers. Repeat with remaining dough and dates.

    Step 4

    在不粘锅中加热1汤匙油,煎2至3分钟直到两面变金黄色。Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, till browned in spots. Oil pan again and repeat with the remaining portions.

    Step 5

    此面包适合佐以牛油、腌菜和咖喱。Serve hot with butter or pickles and curry.
